Payment Details:

• Driver Education Course: A non-refundable deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid before the first class.

• Defensive Driving Course: Full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Private Lessons: Payment in advance is required to confirm the schedule.

In certain cases, a payment plan may be arranged, but all payments must be completed before starting in-car lessons.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Non-attendance or cancellation of a course will result in a 100% charge of the course cost.

• If you need to reschedule an in-car lesson, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations or no-shows without 72 hours’ notice will incur a $100 (plus applicable taxes) fee to reschedule.

Online Course Completion:

• Students must complete the online e-Learning course within 6 months of registration. After this period, a $100 fee will be applied.

• Completion of the online course is required before beginning the 10 hours of in-car driving lessons.

Graduation Deadline:

• Students have 1 year to complete the entire program, including online/in-person classes and in-car lessons. Failure to graduate within this timeframe will result in disqualification.

• To graduate after disqualification, students must re-register, pay the full fee, and restart the program.

Course Cancellations by Us:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• If changes are necessary, students will be notified in advance.

Refunds: 

Once a program has been initiated, fees are not eligible for refund; initiation occurs when the student account is accessed and program materials are viewed, including programs with in car lessons, and for practical only bookings once registration, account setup, and payment are completed, while payment processing fees remain non refundable due to third party charges, and any concerns will be reviewed individually with support available to help you choose the right option before enrolling.
